Mindfulness courses are usually held in a group setting where we re-connect with our inner-self. We ‘turn towards’ the things we often hide away from, in order to become more familiar and aware. However, there are times when this is not the best approach and a more sensitive setting is needed.
We offer private one-to-one mindfulness training to cover this eventuality, whether that is for someone new to mindfulness, or someone who’s completed a course and wants a tailored boost for their practice.
